Our professional staff will guide you through the setup process every step of the way. An account manager will consult with you initially to develop a configuration plan and implementation schedule so that you have a roadmap to system launch. Our account manager will then configure the system data fields and business rules according to your requirements.


We can provide cost-effective instructor led online training or visit your offices for customized, in-person training sessions. Instructional videos and extensive help documentation are also available for self-directed training. If you need a refresher or have new staff that need training, we are happy to conduct additional training at no additional charge. We want you to get the most out of your investment.


Just because ProcureWare resides in the cloud doesn’t mean it has to operate as an island of technology. Starting with an initial import of an existing supplier, bid, or contract database, use of our single sign-on (SSO) system, or ongoing synchronization with your on-premise applications, ProcureWare can be an integral part of your enterprise systems.


Technical support is available through several channels, including an online help portal, knowledge base, comprehensive user manual, and contacting our technical support via the support portal or telephone. Whatever channel you choose, we quickly log, assess, and respond to your request.

Backed by the resources of Amazon Web Services, we consistently deliver measured system availability exceeding 99.95%.


System security is a core element of the ProcureWare application and infrastructure. The application uses encrypted data transfer and passwords, and partitioning of databases for each customer. Combined with Amazon Web Services physical security, firewall/intrusion detection systems, failover architecture of their EC2 and S3 systems, and segregation of databases in a virtual private network not exposed to the internet, you can trust that your data is secure.


We go beyond system maintenance as part of our commitment to continuous improvement of the ProcureWare platform.  Performance enhancements and new features are part of regular software releases.  We are constantly researching techniques to keep improving system responsiveness, security, and reliability.  Regular client surveys and personal contacts with our customers help guide our product development roadmap.
