A Special Announcement to our Valued Users

We are excited to announce that Bentley Systems has acquired ProcureWare effective March 24, 2017.

ProcureWare will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bentley Systems and all of our employees will remain at our current corporate headquarters to provide uninterrupted service delivery and support.

In joining Bentley Systems, ProcureWare will be part of a global team of 3,400 software and support staff, giving us additional talent and resources to accelerate our progress in creating market leading supplier management, sourcing, and contract management software-as-a-service.
