ProcureWare is a modern e-procurement solution released in May 2016 following 16 years of experience in delivering SaaS solutions for supplier management, sourcing, and contract management.
Bentley Systems acquired eBid Systems in March 2017 to achieve their vision of an integrated, end-to-end engineering-procurement-construction lifecycle.

Meet the Leadership Team
Keith Jones
Senior Director, Procurement Solutions
Keith began the development of a web-based procurement solution in 1999 with a mission to take the pain out of the bid and proposal process for buying organizations. Following a successful career with a global engineering consulting company, Keith brought his deep engineering and project management expertise to bear in creating new sourcing technology. Today he continues to take an active role in overseeing development of next generation products and in ensuring client satisfaction. Keith holds a B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Tim Schmidt
Product Sales Consultant
Tim has over ten years experience in the software industry working in sales, marketing, and product development. At Bentley Systems, Tim is responsible for helping clients discover the benefits of ProcureWare and designing solutions to meet their needs. In addition to his software industry experience, Tim’s employment in municipal government and as a purchasing agent gives him special insight into the procurement process and public sector applications. Tim has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Sarah Albee
Product Manager
Throughout her 25-year career, Sarah has been responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and supporting technologies ranging from simple websites to complex SaaS business solutions. She is detail oriented, naturally curious, and has strong problem solving ability. She is able to grasp complex software concepts and translate them into simple language that non-technical people can understand. In her role at Bentley Systems, she is responsible for ProcureWare project management, e-portal configuration, system documentation, and user training. In addition, she manages product enhancements and features development. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC.
Kathryn Krumme
Operations Manager
With experience dating back twenty years, Katie efficiently plans, directs and coordinates ProcureWare business operations. In her role, she ensures smooth operation of various processes encompassing accounting, financial reporting, human resources, client contract administration, facilities management, IT and sales and marketing support. Katie’s critical thinking and problem solving, planning and organization, and communication skills make her well suited for her role of Operations Manager. She holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Flagstaff.
Rebeka Thomas
Marketing Specialist
Rebeka is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s marketing campaigns. She creates written content for our blog and news articles, coordinates all digital and print media, and analyzes business data. Before joining the ProcureWare team, Rebeka worked as a Research Analyst at a global nonprofit where she gained experience mining information to find answers, marketing to philanthropic donors, and writing professionally. She graduated with highest honors from Pepperdine University with her B.S. degree in International Business.
