We are pleased to share the results of our January 2014 client survey. Getting the client survey done this January gives us a clear picture of what we need to work on in the coming year.
We got a great response this year with a total 15% response rate representing feedback from about 50% of clients.
The number of survey questions was kept to a minimum this year to make it easy to respond and we encouraged open ended responses so that our clients could tell us about anything that was on their mind.
Key findings from the survey related to overall client satisfaction are shown below:
When asked, “How satisfied are you with the eBid eXchange system overall?”, 96% of respondents indicated that they were “Satisfied” or “Very Satisfied.”
When asked, “How satisfied are you with the ProcureWare technical support overall?”, 97% of respondents indicated that they were “Satisfied” or “Very Satisfied.”
After a brief moment of self-congratulatory exultations, it was time to get down to work. Why don’t we have 100%? We won’t stop trying for perfection.
Next on our list is to further evaluate and prioritize the hundreds of suggestions and feature requests that were provided by the respondents. These will be translated into our product development goals and will be realized in new product releases over the coming year.
